Overview

The Marketing Recruiters programme aims to develop your knowledge and skill in the field of Marketing Research. This knowledge and skills place you on the career path that every company big or small need be competitive in the economic market. The person with the knowledge and skill can impact a company or organisation in a position not only to have stability in a very unstable economic time, but also ensure growth and expansion to employ more people and to make a difference in the economic well-being of our country.

The only way to sharpen your skills are through experiential learning to become the expert in the field and to practice best principles until you can apply you the skill to any company or organisation.

The programme will guide you through the Marketing Research process step-by-step. You are allocated to a company that Assigned you to do this Marketing Research over a period of six weeks that will lead to recommendation to improve on their products or services.

This Marketing Research are performed by completing a set of Templates in the form of Work Assignments that will be submitted on the platform. The Marketing Research can be performed using the internet, social media, printed media, surveys and or interviews.

After each Work Assignment you will receive a Certificate of Completion and other incentives as the company can determine from time to time. After successfully completing all the Market Research Assignments for eight companies, you will receive link to complete a CV including the experience for the 12 months as Market Researchers as well as being listed on a data based.

Understanding Marketing Research is to understand that Marketing is the creation, communication, and delivery of value, as well as the management of customer relationships for a lifetime and to define marketing, its role within a firm, and the competitive advantages it offers.

How does it work?

The Marketing Recruiters Programme is developed as Marketing Research Work Assignments. The Work Assignments are divided into Phases and Processes with a total duration of six weeks per company. You need to complete Work Assignments for 8 companies over a period of twelve months. The diagram below gives the outline  for each company:
